The above is a shortened version of the 1-hour "Strong Flow" pop-up practices I offered at The Schoolhouse, Collingwood in October, with all proceeds donated to the Canadian Mental Health Association.

What is Strong Flow?
It's my own 4B Approach: Bodyweight, Blocks, Bands & Breath!
Simply put, strong Flow is yoga.
But it's also a little more than that.
It's vinyasa yoga designed to help you B Strong.
It's the age-old practice of yoga, combined with just a little something extra, for you.
In these practices, we respect the roots of yoga and always include the elements of breath & mindfulness that so distinctly differentiate yoga from other 'exercise' classes. As in vinyasa flow classes, we flow from one movement to the next, linking dynamic movement with the breath.
We also respect that time is our most precious commodity, and that many practitioners want to be challenged when they come to class. Many yogi's want to become stronger from the practice of yoga asana.
Strong Flow leans into the strength-building postures of hatha & vinyasa yoga to engage the physical body in a fun & effective workout, and also: incorporates added resistance from yoga blocks & resistance bands to make the most of our time together and offer unique, new ways to move!
